Key Responsibilities Assist in managing tenant relations by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to maintain high tenant satisfaction. Support the property management team with essential administrative tasks such as filing, accurate data entry, and maintaining documentation. Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections to ensure timely upkeep and compliance with safety standards. Maintain effective communication with vendors and service providers, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Help prepare detailed reports on property status, tenant occupancy rates, and maintenance activities to inform management decisions. Assist in marketing available properties, including conducting showings for prospective tenants to support occupancy goals. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager, contributing to overall operational success.
