Parts Sales Representative

Job description:Are you passionate about customer service, technical products, and sales? As a Parts Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers find the right parts for their equipment! You’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience and supporting our operations team.
What You’ll Do· Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts· Provide expert advice on product compatibility and specifications· Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery or pickup· while ensuring customers are informed of the status· Sell and promote products as well as complementary items· Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers· Collaborate with the services team and other departments to resolve inquiries· Generate quotes, analyze sales data, and meet performance goals.· Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.· Among other responsibilities
What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred)Experience in sales, preferably industrial or technical partsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBilingual (English & Spanish)Attention to detail and accuracy in order processingFamiliarity with inventory and sales softwareAbility to learn technical product specs quicklyProblem-solving and customer experience mindset
