Parts Sales Representative

About the role

Vermeer Caribbean is seeking a Parts Sales Representative passionate about customer service, technical products, and sales. Help customers find the right parts for their equipment and support an excellent customer experience and the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
• Advise customers on product compatibility and specifications.
• Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery or pickup while keeping customers informed of status.
• Sell and promote products and complementary items.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers.
• Collaborate with the services team and other departments to resolve inquiries.
• Generate quotes, analyze sales data, and meet performance goals.
• Address concerns and issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
• Perform other responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales, preferably with industrial or technical parts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Familiarity with inventory and sales software.
• Ability to learn technical product specifications quickly.
• Problem-solving and customer experience mindset.
