Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies. Monitor client progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Provide guidance and support to clients and families on techniques to reinforce speech practice at home. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress notes. Engage in regular team meetings to collaborate on best practices and share insights with colleagues. Required and preferred qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Strong skills in assessment and therapy, particularly in virtual settings. Current state licensure and/or appropriate certification in Speech-Language Pathology. Proficiency with virtual therapy tools and software (e.g., telehealth platforms). Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing speech therapy services, preferably in a virtual environment.
