What We're Looking For Required: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills demonstrated through 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting. Proficiency with NextGen EMR software and familiarity with clinical and administrative healthcare tools. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
