Key Responsibilities Accurately pick grocery items from inventory shelves to fulfill customer orders, ensuring 99% order accuracy. Efficiently pack items to maintain product quality and prevent damage during transit. Load and unload delivery vehicles following safety protocols to support timely dispatch. Maintain organized warehouse spaces to optimize workflow and inventory management. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily order targets and improve processes. Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment. Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly to management. What We're Looking For Required: Male candidates aged 18–30 years or female candidates aged 18–27 years. Basic literacy and numeracy skills to handle order documentation. Ability to work rotational shifts: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items up to 25 kg safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Preferred: Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with grocery products and warehouse safety standards. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
