This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated litigator passionate about advocating for consumer rights and managing complex class action cases from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and participate in all phases of class action litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and appeals. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies and manage case progress. Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision. Manage multiple cases independently while maintaining clear communication within a remote team environment. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably focused on consumer or class action law. Active California Bar membership in good standing is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong legal research and analytical capabilities. Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. Experience with employment class actions is a plus.
