Pool Service Technician

Pool Rangers is looking for a dependable, professional Pool Service Technician to join our team immediately.

Starting Annual Base Pay: $40,000 (plus performance bonuses and advancement opportunities available).

Responsibilities:
- Weekly residential pool cleaning and maintenance (up to 65 pools max)
- Water chemistry testing and balancing
- Brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and emptying baskets
- Inspecting equipment and identifying potential issues
- Communication with customers professionally
- Using mobile software to document completed service

Requirements:
- Current Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification or willing to obtain (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of professional pool service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in South Florida weather
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
