Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI architectures tailored to meet complex business needs while ensuring high performance and scalability. Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models using TensorFlow and other leading ML frameworks to solve real-world problems. Lead MLOps initiatives to automate and optimize the machine learning lifecycle, improving deployment speed and model reliability. Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Conduct thorough performance analysis and optimization of AI models and algorithms to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. At least 5 years of proven experience in AI architecture, machine learning, and cloud-based AI services. Proficiency with TensorFlow and hands-on experience implementing MLOps practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering scalable AI solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Preferred: Experience with additional ML frameworks and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Leadership experience in managing AI projects or teams.
