Utilize LEAN methodologies to identify waste and enhance value in manufacturing operations. Create and maintain technical documentation related to processes and procedures. Conduct data analysis to monitor key performance indicators and suggest actionable improvements. Coordinate projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Use AutoCAD to design and modify process layouts as needed. Facilitate team discussions to troubleshoot problems and drive collaborative solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering. Proficient in process improvement techniques, especially LEAN methodologies. Experience with AutoCAD and ERP systems. Strong data analysis and statistical skills. Proven problem-solving and project management abilities. Excellent team coordination and communication skills. 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
