About the role
Confidential is building a new global supply chain capability. This strategic, hands-on role will help shape how the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence operates, including its processes, frameworks and performance management practices.
Responsibilities
- Create dashboards and reporting solutions, and develop KPIs and performance metrics.
- Scope and drive projects, implement programs and digital initiatives, and turn ideas into tangible outputs.
- Gather requirements across functions and regions, translate business requirements into dashboards and metrics, and align different stakeholder perspectives.
- Partner with digital project, transformation, supply chain excellence and IT teams, as well as regional and global supply chain leaders.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions, regions and leadership levels.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to help define processes, frameworks and performance management practices.
- An execution-oriented builder mindset and the ability to create and implement solutions.
- Technical aptitude with digital tools, analytics platforms and dashboard development.
- Comfort with ambiguity, change and autonomy, and an interest in creating structure where processes are still being established.
