Production Lead Support

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and support the production team
• Monitor production and quality standards
• Resolve production issues and improve workflow
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance
• Complete production reports and schedules

REQUIREMENTS
• 1 to 5 years of production or manufacturing experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards
• Bachelor’s degree required
