Production Operators

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Load & unload parts on the production line
- Hang & remove parts from racks
- Prepare parts for e-coating & powder coating
- Inspect parts for rust, damage & defects
- Assist with rework & process improvements
- Maintain a clean & safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures & quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs consistently
- Stand, bend, reach & perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail & commitment to quality
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation & dependable attendance
- Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
- Must be able to work all company safety procedures

All applicants must pass a 7-year background check and drug screen.
Paid training & PPE provided.
