Production Technician 2nd Shift – Animal Nutrition – Chaska, MN

Join Evenflow Solutions as a Production Technician on the 2nd shift at our Chaska, MN facility within the Animal Nutrition Division. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to manufacturing high-quality animal nutrition products in a collaborative and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure peak performance and product quality. Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance to support a safe, efficient production line. Adhere strictly to food safety and quality assurance protocols to meet industry standards. Maintain accurate production data and documentation for traceability and reporting. Work closely with team members to quickly troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Engage in ongoing training to stay current with manufacturing best practices and safety procedures. Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production. Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices. Ability to operate basic production machinery and tools. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability. Previous production technician experience is a plus but not mandatory.
