We're looking for a skilled Program Manager for Air Force Projects to lead complex initiatives from conception through completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all project phases for Air Force contracts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with federal regulations. Coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and track progress against milestones. Oversee architectural and engineering design processes, guaranteeing deliverables meet stringent quality and compliance standards. Prepare accurate cost estimations and manage budgets to maintain financial accountability and project profitability. Create and maintain Gantt charts and other project management tools to communicate timelines and critical milestones clearly to all team members. Facilitate team leadership by fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that drives project success. Document all project changes, processes, and outcomes to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within aerospace or defense sectors. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools. Strong skills in cost estimation, budget management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams effectively. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience working on Air Force or Department of Defense projects.
