Dearborn County Community Advocating for Substance Abuse Awareness is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide leadership, coordination, and administrative support for the Dearborn County CASA Coalition and its community prevention initiatives.

The Project Coordinator acts as a key liaison between the Coalition and community partners, organizations, volunteers, and stakeholders throughout Dearborn County. This position is responsible for coordinating coalition activities, supporting grant implementation, strengthening community partnerships, and helping develop sustainable strategies that address substance use and other community health priorities.

The goal is to use community data to assess factors leading to increased substance use and abuse among the teenage population.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Dearborn County CASA Coalition and community partners, organizations, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong community partnerships that promote collaboration, networking, resource-sharing, and coordinated prevention efforts.
• Recruit and engage coalition members, volunteers, and community partners to broaden the scope of the coalition.
• Coordinate member orientations and provide resources, communication, and support materials as needed.
• Facilitate collaboration among coalition members and work groups to identify and address gaps.
• Identify opportunities to expand community participation and strengthen the Coalition's impact.
