Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications that meet business needs and performance standards. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices to ensure maintainability and reliability. Develop back-end components and seamlessly integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end teams. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security to support growing user demands. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and user experience. Participate actively in code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing. What We're Looking For Required: Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI . Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services architecture. Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git. Good knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Basic front-end skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment. Experience using data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. Understanding of security best practices in software development.
