Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project requirements to guarantee product reliability. Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining quality benchmarks. Collaborate closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct regression testing and provide detailed feedback on both functional and non-functional requirements to support continuous delivery. Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements that optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness. Perform cross-browser and device testing to ensure consistent user experience across latest Chrome, Safari, iOS, and Android platforms. Report testing progress and results clearly to stakeholders, offering actionable insights for ongoing quality enhancements. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5-6 years of proven experience in software testing and quality assurance within agile environments. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, manual and automated testing tools. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Preferred: ISTQB certification or equivalent professional quality assurance credentials. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools. Proficiency in performance and security testing techniques.
