🔹 Responsibilities:Build the company’s Quality Assurance program from the ground up, including QA/QC manuals, procedures, and enterprise quality systemsOwn and manage compliance programs including ISO 9001, ASME BPVC, and NBIC, ensuring alignment across fabrication and construction operationsOversee end-to-end quality execution across shop and field operations, including audits, inspections, non-conformance management, and root cause analysis
