We're looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our dynamic team onsite with a night shift schedule. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, and chat interactions for accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Document quality issues and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for management review. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve individual and team performance. Lead specialized projects aimed at enhancing quality assurance processes and operational efficiency. Generate and manage your own workload independently, ensuring timely completion of tasks without needing detailed instructions. Supervise and mentor less experienced QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence. Manage short-term team activities and operational decisions within defined scopes to meet performance goals. Drive improvements in day-to-day QA activities, contributing to higher customer satisfaction and compliance with Expedia standards. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum of 6 months experience as a QA Team Lead, preferably within the travel industry. Strong background working with Expedia accounts or similar travel-related BPO services. Experience with companies such as IGT, WNS, or Foundever is highly preferred. Proven BPO experience with a solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Ability to work onsite during night shifts at MOA and McKinley locations. Preferred: Familiarity with travel industry compliance and customer service benchmarks. Strong analytical skills and experience using QA tools and performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and implement process improvements.
