Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on critical building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, resolving issues within established service level agreements to minimize downtime. Conduct repairs and maintenance work adhering strictly to local safety regulations and industry standards, reducing risk and extending asset life. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage, supporting audit readiness and operational transparency. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects, ensuring quality control and timely completion. Assist in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance schedule, improving system reliability and reducing emergency repairs by up to 30%. Participate actively in team meetings and safety briefings, contributing ideas to enhance maintenance operations and compliance. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or related fields are a strong plus. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management, with hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills to liaise efficiently with team members and external vendors.
