Bosun's Crew Property Management Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct repairs and maintenance work while adhering to safety regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects. Assist in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance schedule to prolong building system life. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve maintenance operations and safety compliance. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in building maintenance or facilities upkeep. Strong hands-on skills and knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) preferred. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
