This full-time role is essential to maintaining the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of our facilities, directly benefiting employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance work ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects.
- Assist in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance schedule to prolong building system lifespan.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve maintenance operations and safety compliance.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in building maintenance or facilities upkeep.
