Key Responsibilities Conduct and interpret diagnostic imaging tests such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds with accuracy and efficiency. Manage patient care by discussing findings directly with patients and collaborating with medical teams to optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, adhering strictly to HIPAA and other privacy regulations. Stay current with advancements in radiology through continuous education and training, applying new techniques to improve diagnostic quality. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare specialists to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care. Participate in quality assurance initiatives aimed at enhancing imaging services and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging. Strong proficiency in interpreting diagnostic imaging studies and familiarity with radiology software and electronic health records. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced healthcare settings. Preferred: Board certification in Radiology. Experience with advanced imaging modalities and quality improvement programs. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care.
