As the first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to visitors and callers. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients politely and professionally Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Keep the reception area clean and well-organized Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying Coordinate with internal departments as needed Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information Required Skills & Qualities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pleasant personality with a professional appearance Basic computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email Strong organizational and multitasking skills Customer-service oriented mindset Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Qualifications Minimum education: High School / Intermediate / Graduate Prior receptionist or front-desk experience is a plus Freshers are welcome to apply Salary: ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, On-site in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
