Role OverviewThe Recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and programs, sourcing and screening candidates and guiding them through to a smooth onboarding handoff. You'll be on the front line of building our pack — meeting individual hiring targets in line with workforce plans while delivering a candidate experience that reflects the Wolfline standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingExecute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.Meet individual hiring targets according to workforce plans.Maintain an active, healthy candidate pipeline in the ATS.Candidate Experience & DocumentationDeliver a positive, professional experience at every stage of the candidate journey.Ensure accuracy and compliance of recruiting documentation, including offer letters and onboarding handoffs.CollaborationPartner with Operations, Training, QA, and HR to understand hiring needs and class planning.Support recruiting efforts during periods of high volume, as needed.Compliance & Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to internal policies and client requirements.Flag process gaps and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.

Qualifications
Required1+ year of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.Knowledge of recruiting best practices and compliance standards.Proven ability to meet hiring targets.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
PreferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
