Screen resumes and evaluate qualifications to align candidates’ skills with client job requirements. Conduct interviews and assessments to understand candidates’ career goals and role suitability. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client feedback to optimize processes. Stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing techniques and recruitment effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates and clients effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges. Proficiency in recruitment software and talent acquisition tools. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
