About the role
Circle K is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager Phoenix to support maintenance operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist operational Fleet Managers with routine and preventative maintenance of company-owned and leased equipment, following company and DOT requirements.
- Manage Maintenance Department budgets, purchased outside maintenance services, the tire program, parts inventory, warranties, and damaged equipment claims.
- Assist Fleet Managers with fuel costs and report fuel purchases by terminal, products, discounting, card usage, and purchase locations.
- Use technology to monitor staff performance, increase warranty coverage, and adhere to OEM cost-per-mile targets.
- Assist with planned maintenance and tracking for regional units, securing vehicle uptime and minimizing downtime and stand time.
- Investigate cost-saving opportunities through root cause analysis, develop initiatives and ROI, and present findings to leadership for approval.
- Monitor third-party vendors, establish KPI metrics, and support quality, timely service and efficient pricing.
- Assist with lease-versus-purchase analysis, including tax and accounting implications, and provide data to support Finance Department analysis.
- Ensure equipment maintenance complies with company safety requirements and D.O.T., FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and other government regulatory agencies.
- Maintain the integrity of equipment files, records, licenses, inspections, and warranties.
