Role Purpose: The Regional Recruiter & Admin Assistant role combines recruitment support, regional market research, administrative coordination, and remote contractors engagement support specifically for the LATAM market. This role will assist with sourcing and coordinating candidates, researching local hiring and salary information, coordinating employee gifts and events with local vendors, and supporting general People Operations activities when needed.The ideal candidate has some prior experience in recruitment or HR, understands or is interested in the LATAM employment market, and is highly resourceful when conducting research and coordinating with people and vendors.
How We WorkThis is a Part-time, 6-month Contract position, subject to adherence to the following guidelines:100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.Time zone: Houston Time (CST/CDT)Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM Houston TimeTotal of 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week
What You Will DoSupport the recruitment process for candidates across LATAM markets, including sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.Conduct research on local hiring practices, salary benchmarks, work culture, holidays, and other relevant LATAM market insights.Provide accurate hiring and salary insights using reliable sources and present findings in a clear and organized format.Research and coordinate local vendors for employee gifts, events, and recognition activities.Communicate with vendors to compare options, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.Track vendor orders, budgets, deadlines, and delivery status to ensure arrangements are completed accurately and on time.Support other general People Operations and administrative tasks when the LATAM recruitment workload is low.
What You BringBackground: At least 6 months of full-time work experience in LATAM market recruitment, HR, or a related field. Language & Communication: Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish. LATAM Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the LATAM market, including local salary ranges, work culture, hiring practices, holidays, and administrative practices. Knowledge of specific target markets such as Venezuela, Honduras, and Argentina is required.Recruitment Skill: Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination.Research Skill: Ability to conduct reliable online research, benchmark salary information, and summarize findings clearly.Administrative Skill: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage spreadsheets, documentation, deadlines, and multiple tasks accurately.Personal Qualities: High attention to detail, resourceful, proactive, organized, responsive, flexible, and reliable.Remote Expertise: Proven experience working remotely; or, if new to remote work, must demonstrate strong self-management, tech-savviness, and an ability to work independently.
What Success Look LikeLATAM recruitment activities are supported efficiently, with candidates sourced, screened, and coordinated in a timely manner.Hiring and salary research is accurate, well-organized, and supported by reliable sources.The People Operations team has useful and up-to-date insights into relevant LATAM markets.Employee gifts, events, and recognition activities are coordinated accurately, on time, and within budget.Recruitment, vendor, and administrative records remain accurate and organized.Assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.The team receives proactive support, with potential issues, information gaps, and opportunities identified before they become problems.The role contributes to smoother recruitment and administrative workflows through reliable execution and continuous improvement.The team can confidently rely on the Regional Recruiter and Admin Assistant to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities.
Compensation: USD 400-500 per month (part-time, 6 month contract)
