Registered Nurse (RN) - Waimalu, Hawaii Healthcare

Kaniz Fatema Nasrin is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Waimalu, Hawaii . This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment focused on community health. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assess and monitor patient health, including vital signs and medical history. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans. Document patient progress and care activities accurately in medical records. Assist in training and mentoring nursing students and junior staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii. Strong patient care and communication skills. Experience in clinical settings preferred but not required. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. BLS and ACLS certification preferred. 1-2 years nursing experience preferred for advanced roles. Our team promotes collaboration and support among staff. You will report to the Nurse Manager and work closely with fellow nurses, physicians, and specialists to deliver comprehensive patient care. Cross-functional teamwork is encouraged to enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare processes. Compensation: $39 per hour. This full-time role is based onsite in Waimalu, Hawaii, and is not eligible for remote work.
