Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care ensuring safety, comfort, and health. Administer IV therapy and medications as prescribed by healthcare providers. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and respond to patient needs effectively. Maintain accurate patient records and document any changes in condition promptly. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Current ACLS and PALS certifications required. Strong patient care and communication skills. Experience with IV therapy and medication administration. Proficient critical thinking abilities. 1-3 years of experience in a Med-Surg setting preferred.
