Remote Accountant

Hablax is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Remote Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage our day-to-day financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Assist with payroll, tax preparation, and budget management.

Requirements:
Proven experience working as an accountant or bookkeeper.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
