This role is commission-based and designed for top-tier communicators who thrive on performance and results. The Opportunity We sell high-ticket offers starting at $3,000+. This is a performance-based role where you earn based on your results. We offer the highest commissions in the market for appointment setters. Commission: 10-12% on every closed deal after your first sale. Bonus: $15-$20 for every qualified meeting show-up, regardless of sale. Base Stipend: Available after your first close. How It Works Rule #1: You earn nothing until you close your first deal. Rule #2: Close one deal to unlock full commission and bonuses. Quick Math: With an average ticket of $3,000+, your earning potential is substantial if you perform well. If you’re a savage on the phone and in DMs, you’ll out-earn many with degrees. If you don’t perform, this role is not for you.
