Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot product or service issues efficiently to resolve customer concerns. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate interaction records. Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and solutions. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to enhance customer satisfaction. Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement of our products and services. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency with customer service software and tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
