Accurately update and maintain customer records and documentation to ensure seamless communication. Collaborate with team members to share customer feedback and continuously improve support processes. Assist in developing and implementing customer support policies and procedures. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to expand product knowledge and service skills. Track and measure success using customer satisfaction scores and response time metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. A friendly and customer-focused demeanor committed to delivering excellent service. Work closely with fellow customer support agents and report to the Customer Support Team Lead.
