Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in customer support is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 1-2 years of customer service experience is advantageous.
