Facilitate clear communication between job seekers and employers regarding role expectations and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and company culture. Monitor job market trends to provide strategic insights that enhance the matching process. Support candidates throughout their job search journey, including resume building and interview preparation. Track and report key performance metrics to evaluate job placement success and satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments. Experience in project management and strong analytical thinking skills. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related areas. Familiarity with job matching software and platforms is highly preferred. Customer-focused mindset with creativity in meeting candidate and employer needs.
