The bilingual Legal Intake Specialist evaluates calls from the Call Center and is the first point of contact for immigration clients seeking remedies. This high-energy, metrics-driven phone sales role involves evaluating leads, assessing case eligibility, and guiding families through the decision to move forward with the firm. Structured onboarding, continuous training, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate calls from the Call Center and serve as the first point of contact for immigration clients seeking remedies.
• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound outreach, making 50+ calls daily.
• Qualify leads and identify viable opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into consultations and retain clients through effective sales techniques.
• Build trust with clients while handling sensitive and high-stakes matters.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and C1 English.
• Empathy, persistence, and a commitment to excellent sales performance.
• Weekend availability required.
