Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients and service providers to facilitate clear and efficient communication. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism, enhancing overall client satisfaction. Monitor project progress and collect feedback to ensure quality standards and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: Relevant certifications in communication, negotiation, or customer service demonstrating foundational expertise. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for clear client interactions. Proven negotiation and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or related roles to ensure familiarity with client-facing environments. Preferred: Experience using basic project management software tools to track and manage tasks. Previous experience in a similar middleman or liaison role is advantageous for quicker onboarding.
