Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including paperwork and client communications. Maintain organized files and documentation to ensure compliance and efficient transaction tracking. Communicate clearly with agents, clients, and third parties to maintain transparency throughout the process. Schedule and monitor deadlines for transaction milestones to guarantee timely completion. Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client questions and concerns. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance transaction efficiency. Analyze current transaction workflows and recommend improvements to foster continuous operational excellence. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field. Strong organizational, communication, time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills. 1-3 years of experience in real estate or related fields preferred. Proficiency with real estate transaction management software such as Dotloop and DocuSign. Relevant real estate transaction certifications are a plus. Compensation: $55 per hour, full-time position.
