Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Perform precise interior and exterior painting to deliver high-quality finishes. Mix and match paint colors accurately based on customer specifications. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary corrections. Maintain a clean, organized work area and dispose of painting materials properly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their painting needs and expectations. Collaborate with team members and project managers for efficient project planning and execution. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in residential painting with strong skills in both interior and exterior techniques. Ability to operate and maintain painting tools and equipment safely. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred: Relevant certifications in painting or home maintenance. Preferred: Familiarity with painting software/tools for project management.
