What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Proven experience in residential painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Expertise in both interior and exterior painting techniques, including surface preparation and finishing. Ability to operate and maintain painting tools and equipment safely and effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Preferred: Relevant certifications in painting, home maintenance, or related fields.
