Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service standards, driving customer satisfaction scores above 90%. Develop and implement efficient staff scheduling to optimize labor costs while maintaining excellent service coverage during peak hours. Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate ordering and adherence to budget targets to reduce waste by at least 10% annually. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and repeat patronage. Collaborate with kitchen leadership to update menus based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredient availability, enhancing menu appeal and profitability. Analyze financial reports regularly to identify operational efficiencies and implement strategies that improve overall restaurant profitability. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations to uphold the restaurant’s reputation and operational integrity. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team effectively. Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software. Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
