Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to maintain top-quality food and service standards. Lead and mentor staff to build a skilled, motivated, and collaborative team. Manage scheduling to ensure optimal staffing and smooth service flow. Control inventory and budgets by monitoring supplies and ordering efficiently. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to uphold customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu updates driven by customer feedback and seasonal availability. Analyze financial reports to identify improvement opportunities and boost profitability. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or Hospitality Management. 3-5 years of proven experience in restaurant management or related roles. Strong leadership, customer service, and staff training capabilities. Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. As Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding dining experience. This role is based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL and is not remote eligible. Salary: $50,000 per year
