About the role
Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced SAC Delivery Expert to support the stabilization and ongoing enhancement of a large-scale SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) application with over 1,000 users. Following an implementation delivered during 2023/2024, this technical specialist will provide expert support, improve governance processes, and collaborate with offshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Support stabilization and ongoing optimization of an enterprise-wide SAC solution.
- Act as the technical expert for SAC Planning developments and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Data Actions and Multi Actions within SAC.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve planning processes and user adoption.
- Work with the offshore delivery team in India to establish governance and support best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
- Technical expertise in Data Actions and Multi Actions.
- Experience supporting enterprise SAC implementations in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within a global delivery model.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with SAP BW and/or SAP HANA, exposure to SAP Datasphere, and experience with Databricks are preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
