About the role

Sphere Rocket VA US is looking for an exceptional, systems-minded Real Estate / Mortgage VA to provide executive support, lead generation, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support, including SOPs, workflows, and daily business tasks.
• Generate leads through prospecting, outbound calls, and inbound lead follow-ups.
• Build rapport, overcome objections, nurture leads, and set appointments.
• Manage Zoho CRM and Follow Up Boss, including data entry, lead statuses, and follow-up tracking.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Assist with Canva marketing materials, content planning, and pre-scheduled posts.
• Ensure marketing materials follow required real estate and mortgage approval and disclosure guidelines.
• Support backend systems, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a Latin American VA.
• Real estate or mortgage experience from a corporate setup or VA role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Comfort with outbound calls, prospecting, follow-ups, rapport-building, and objection handling.
• CRM management experience, preferably with Zoho or Follow Up Boss.
• Comfort using Claude and other AI tools for content creation and workflow improvement.
• Strong systems-building, workflow optimization, and technical/computer skills.
