Key Responsibilities Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities through strategic networking and client referrals to expand our customer base. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand evolving customer needs and craft customized sales approaches that resonate with target audiences. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate product benefits and value propositions to prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering long-term retention. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns, maximizing outreach and impact. Track and analyze sales performance metrics regularly to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable and relevant solutions to clients. What We're Looking For Required: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and close deals successfully. Preferred: Familiarity with sales management software and CRM tools. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative sales environment. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
