eBaaba is a GAMBIAN ONLINE MARKETPLACE THAT CONNECTS BUSINESSES AND CUSTOMERS THROUGH A CONVENIENT DIGITAL PLATFORM. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC, PROACTIVE AND TARGET-DRIVEN SALES & MARKETING OFFICER TO HELP US BRING MORE MERCHANTS, MORE CUSTOMERS AND MORE SALES TO eBaaba.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- FIND & ONBOARD MERCHANTS: Identify and approach businesses, shops and brands that could sell on eBaaba.
- GROW SALES: Help merchants sell more and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- PROMOTE & MARKET eBaaba: Create and run marketing campaigns online and offline to promote eBaaba, merchants and products.
- BUILD PARTNERSHIPS: Develop relationships with organizations, businesses and institutions for mutual growth.
- ATTRACT & ENGAGE CUSTOMERS: Bring new customers to the platform and encourage them to shop more and return.
- REPORT & ACHIEVE RESULTS: Track your activities and report on merchants sales, campaigns and performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Proactive, creative and target-driven.
- Good understanding of the Gambian business environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
