Junior Full-Stack Developer (Remote). Pyrock is building an AI-powered operations platform for construction companies. Our system reads WhatsApp conversations, voice notes, documents, site updates, work orders, inventory, follow-ups, and daily reports - then turns them into structured, actionable site-management data. We are looking for a strong Junior Full-Stack Developer who is curious, dependable, and comfortable working on real product problems - not only isolated tickets.
Salary: ₹55,000 per month
Work mode: Fully remote
Schedule: 6 days a week

What you will work on
- Build and improve features in our React + TypeScript web application.
- Work on backend APIs and workflows using Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, D1/SQLite, R2, and Workflows.
- Improve how our AI understands informal WhatsApp conversations in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Gujarati, Marathi, voice notes, photos, and documents.
- Build practical construction-management features: daily progress reports, work orders, follow-ups, inventory, drawings/GFC tracking, quality checks, site issues, contractor performance, and project timelines.
- Debug real production issues, write tests, and improve product reliability.
- Work closely with the founder to turn messy real-world client workflows into simple software.

You should have
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.
- Comfort with backend/API development.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational data modelling.
- Ability to read an existing codebase, understand the flow, and make safe changes.
- Good debugging skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using Git and writing readable code.
- Interest in AI products, automation, and real-world business workflows.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English. Hindi/Hinglish is a plus.

Nice to have
- Cloudflare Workers, serverless systems, SQLite, or Node.js experience.
- Experience with AI APIs, LLM workflows, OCR, speech-to-text, or WhatsApp automation.
- Experience building SaaS products or internal business tools.
- Understanding of construction, operations, procurement, or field-team workflows.

This role is not for you if
- You only want narrowly defined frontend tasks.
- You are not comfortable reading and improving an existing codebase.
- You need detailed instructions for every small decision.
- You are unable to commit to a six-day work week.
