Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales leads within Dehradun. Develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting prospective clients. Engage directly with clients by providing detailed product information and responding to inquiries. Negotiate contracts and close sales to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to boost satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and sales campaigns. Regularly report sales activities and results to management for performance tracking. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1-3 years proven sales experience in a similar role preferred. Strong ability to develop sales strategies and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Quick adaptability to new technologies and processes.
