Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. Oversee the development and integration of custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL to meet project milestones. Manage the delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and quality standards. Conduct comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, enhancing adoption and satisfaction. Monitor project progress through KPIs and success metrics, proactively addressing risks and making data-driven adjustments. Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce delivery processes and client outcomes. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce projects with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Proven track record managing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams and managing client relationships. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer are highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Preferred: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
