Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to meet business needs. Design and implement scalable solutions with Lightning Web Components (LWC) that enhance user experience and functionality. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems through REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow. Create and maintain triggers, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to optimize operational efficiency. Perform data migration and data management tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability. Maintain Salesforce security standards and data integrity in compliance with company policies. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in Apex programming and SOQL/SOSL queries. Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. Strong background in Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules. Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices. Experience with Git or similar version control systems. Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
