SAP Basis Consultant

SAP BASIS CONSULTANTS | ARGENTINA or BRAZIL | FULLY REMOTE | LONG TERM CONTRACT
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to support and deliver end‑to‑end services across SAP S/4HANA cloud environments for a portfolio of global customers across South America.
This role sits at the intersection of technical SAP delivery and customer engagement, with a strong focus on service quality, system performance, and ongoing lifecycle management within cloud environments.

Key responsibilities:
Support SAP S/4HANA cloud environments including upgrades, infrastructure updates, and technical troubleshootingAct as a primary point of contact for customers, leading service reviews and ongoing engagement activitiesManage and coordinate incident resolution, including major incidents and escalationsOversee service delivery performance against SLAs and ensure continuous improvementSupport customer onboarding and transition into managed cloud servicesCollaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution across the service lifecycle
Required Experience & Skills:
Strong SAP Basis background within enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or cloud platforms (HEC or similar)Proven experience supporting upgrades, infrastructure, and technical operationsExperience working in customer-facing roles within consulting or managed servicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesUnderstanding of IT Service Management and incident handling processes
You’ll be working directly with customers and technical teams, supporting cloud transitions, service delivery, technical requirements and critical issue resolution across complex SAP environments.
