About the role
The Senior Manager, Web Experience Delivery bridges business strategy and execution within Lenovo’s Global Digital Marketing Transformation organization. The role balances reliable day-to-day web content delivery with transforming the practices, capabilities, and technology needed to improve speed, quality, scale, and customer outcomes.
Reporting to the Content Center of Excellence Director, this role owns demand, portfolio governance, capacity, investment, stakeholder alignment, and production oversight across Business Groups, Geographies, Marketing, and delivery partners. The leader protects commitments while standardizing workflows, clarifying accountability, and enabling new ways of working.
