Key Responsibilities Lead the seamless integration of SAP S4HANA with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize data flow and manufacturing operations. Collaborate closely with IT, operations, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing processes with strategic business goals. Provide expert technical leadership and guidance throughout SAP solution implementations in manufacturing environments. Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for technological improvements and process optimization. Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of SAP and MES integration initiatives. Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops to empower end-users and maximize system adoption. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience with SAP S4HANA, especially in manufacturing and MES integration projects. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GMP). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Preferred: Experience with SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) or SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo). Familiarity with industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation initiatives in pharma manufacturing. Certifications in SAP or project management (PMP, Agile) are a plus.
