Company is seeking a skilled SAP Manufacturing & MES Integration Lead to join our pharmaceutical team in Irvine, California. This full-time role is pivotal in driving integrated manufacturing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product quality while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S4HANA integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to enable seamless data flow and operational excellence. Collaborate with IT, operations, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing processes with business goals. Provide technical leadership for SAP manufacturing solution implementations. Analyze existing systems to identify optimization opportunities through technology integration. Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for SAP and MES initiatives, ensuring successful delivery. Conduct training and workshops for end-users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness. Monitor KPIs and generate reports to assess integration success and recommend improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience with SAP S4HANA, especially in manufacturing and MES integration projects. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
